I think it's important to do some tests not to especially find a particularity, of course it would be better to point at some relevant element but if really NOTHING comes up and that it is proved that our vermilion is just disturbed superficially without any kind of infection it wouldn't be necessarily a waste of time, it just has to be checked, not to live in doubt.
I'll do some tests too, then maybe another biopsy. By the way, did they do yours in the triangular part? If really nothing is found out, at one moment I could see reason without worrying about if I had this, or that, in my lips, even if of course not ALL can be checked.
I tend to believe that my EC was caused by repeated trauma, I was a bit anxious at this time and maybe EC is simply the result of the conscient trauma, just like some guys pull off hair while stress.
Then, maybe that an other trouble setlled. I want to talk about the compulsive rubbing of my lips while using chapstick then entered in a vicious circle.
If our EC is just simply superficial I would tend to believe that this compulsive rubbing because of the products I used has just maintained this condition and this inflammation because of friction.
I was so hopeless when I see that my symptoms aren't just common in whatever disease which should appear in first page when googled, so maybe there is something wrong with me.
It's just like a man who doesn't stop rubbing his arm with his palm and at one moment an irritation just becomes visible, then he decided to apply some product but just keeps rubbing it on his arm so it doesn't seem to have an effect.
Of course in our case these are lips and several persons can be affected because it's more possible that they rub theirs lips rather than rub their arm with their palm.
The picking of the lips would be a beginning of my condition, perhaps the rubbing of my lips has maintained this cellular excitation.
