Jboy, this is serious. That pain its an emergency. I would be doing what dvjorge and another one already advised: "You need a MD to run tests or images to be sure it isn't something else." When I was at my worst, with sharp blade penis pain, I visited some doctors, just to make sure they couldnt help (and they didnt lol) but I got some tests for at least rule out Bacterial Prostatitis etc The pain stopped when I stopped dairy and sugary foods like horchata. Of course, you should stop all strong or stimulative cleanses, foods or whatever. I THINK your colon or/and liver are currently inflammed and it seems none of the usual procedures helps.

And if you really had fatty liver, there is no loss in trying the high carb low fat diet for a while right? I hope you get better.
