Hi MH,

so, yeah ive improved my health in more ways than one, as per my thread here:

by eating about 90% fruit a day..

however lately, I am having some pains on the back of my legs (the fleshy part) and the arch and sides of my feet.. I had 30 minutes foot reflexology today, and was told that I have "problems" on my back and stomach..

actually its quite true as I have scoliosis since high school (never had it treated).. I am also always constipated (so I know what he was saying about the stomach.

any advice you can give me to get rid of this leg and feet pain?
