My deeper "punch biopsy" also showed parakeratosis.

Zyclara isn't distributed here in Germany either (although it was approved by the EU months ago, could take some time before it's sold, if at all). My pharmacist said it should be possible to get it anyway, if my doctor persists on it and and if I am willing to pay for it (that way it will probably not be covered by my health care at all), which could get very expensive. But I would still rather use Zyclara instead of Aldara.
