Hello, my name is Kacie and I was wondering what peanut butter to use. Every peanut butter I see the ingredients say it has "roasted peanuts" and the Legal/Illegal list says under peanuts that roasted nuts have a starch coating. Are dry roasted peanuts ok for peanut butter?

"Peanuts in the shell may be tried cautiously after 6 months on the diet if diarrhea is gone. Shelled peanuts are illegal. Nuts sold in mixtures are not allowed, as most are roasted with a starch coating."
