Ok, I am the woman who always try to find natural solutions in everything in the health field...

So when I saw ur forum here I thought i would post u two natural helpers in MENOPAUSE (!) or if u have Hormonal (!) imbalances (period or other issues).

Organic MACA.. just go to a search program or just go to section 'reviews' of that page and read HOW HELPFUL it could be 9feedback from women who bought this product) if u have all the above mentioned issues!! It could be a Natural sabstitute of hormonal therapy! :)..

Also I read that oregano oil could do that magic regarding menopause but.. it is just popped out in my mind that it has.. i bet i read about it somewhere.. :)

ORGANIC cayenne paper! When I was in Goa, they ha not heard of it but it is SOOOO great stuff for ur health - do find info in the net!! his one, i odered is very strong plus Orgnic so it Worth odering!! Vit D3 from a very relieble company! I would recommend u to buy 1000IU coz no need to take more 'IU'.. I personally take it IN a day (norm 400IU a day) and in this case it will last for u for 2 years!

Great stuff!! But at first u need to take it by little and then top up the dose gradually! Non organic tastes better than Organic but as long it is very valuable for a body then it is what counts for me the most!
