Okay, what if constipation is not my problem? Granted, years ago it was. I remember pregnacy causing much constipation (My oldest is now 30 and youngest is 7.) This weekend (when the new flare up of pain erupted in my leg) I was definately not constipated. In fact, it was a contest to see if I could make it to the restrooms in time.

I know I have had gall bladder and intestinal problems, which I have managed to clear up within the past year and a half. At least, it doesn't hurt anymore.

It is very interesting that you note that I may have colon problems. My question is, if I do not have constipation problems -- I go 4-5-6 times a day -- do I still need the clay stuff? And what is "a cascara sagrada based formula that has triphala"? And where whould I find it??

You seem very knowledgeable in this area and I truly appreciate your help. Please tell me more. I do want to heal completely. Thank you!!!
