I have worked up to 48 drops of 5% Lugols a day. It is split into 3 doses of 16 drops.

I have noticed clearer skin, clearer, eyes, deeper sleep, less depression, hair and fingernails grow like crazy, Sugar craving are gone, better reflexes and FBD/uterine fibroids are almost gone. I'm out of pain and really happy.

The bad things (and they aren't that bad) are having a scratchy throat for a few minutes after I take iodine, crazy, vivid dreams and bigger sex drive.

I like the bigger doses. I feel really good at 200mg or higher.
