You bet, my weight was a real obstacle in my life at this point, I couldnt barely walk and I had daily shouts with my family because they thought it was fault of my diet (they were right).

I mean 500 mgs when cooked. Not that much when you eat half of that split in two times a day with veggies. Its just a large plate. I have discovered I can eat large quantities of carbs without any blotaing or discomfor (I have leaky gut and nocturnal IBS ie gut fermentation), probably because my body was started of them.
