How often are you feeling this way? Some of the time? ALl of the time?

I know when my blood Sugar get so low, I feel nausious, shakey, barely walk,etc. than I have to eat or I get worse. First I get some carbohydrate in me that is quick digesting and quick acting. Sugar. Not much. I carry life savors in my purse all the time for emergencies.

This happened to me at the chirporactors office in the waiting room. Symptoms came of fast. I got to sucking on 2-23 life savors right away, and my husband went out to get me a hamburge and some milk. It was hard to eat that, because once the blood Sugar is low you will feel nausia. I just ate slowly and tried to relax and breath normal. 40% of the symptoms were gone about 30 minutes later and regained 25% more within 1-2 hours later, but had to take some pepto bismal and Advil for my digestion and headache which frequently accompany an attack.
