I agree with SassaFrass88.

I have read to avoid FAT intake BEFORE doing a Liver Flush so the bile can build up and give you a better quality liver flush.

Eating fats uses up the bile that you NEED to build up to do a Liver Flush.

Doing a Liver Flush during a fast will not hurt you and help you remove more toxins.
