Thanks for the ideas. I had the sence Barefoot was ready to nail my coffin lid down. Though I must admit, he riled me up enough to investigate further. . . I'm seriously considering getting his first medical book.

I do lots of flax seed which should be loaded with Omega 3 & 6 (I think it is those two) and I do skin brush, need to get more serious though.

I also do raw fruits, veggies, nuts, & seeds and have been for almost a year and a half. I have received numerous benefits, so I know I am on the right track. And the only thing left I'd like my body to repair is my veins and my grey hair. So many aches and pains I have suffered with for years have disappeared.

I'd love to get rid of all my fillings, but reality is, it is very expensive and impossible with our budget right now.
