you forget one important element, evolution. humans have evolved to digest grains and other foods, besides nuts, veggies and fruit.

so again, keep your BS theories out of here before you hurt someone who is sick. you haven't listed scientific sources, you have only listed theories.

tired of this place being a theory pool, 90% of you don't know shit, you read a little bit and think you know everything.
