I would just ride-it-out. You might try the "8-hour Window". I've used it with good results. Take an 8 hour block of time (I use 8am to 4pm), and drink all the Water you desire during that time only.....take nothing during the other 16 hours......WY
P.S. This works well also when one is not fasting. The Body works less, therefore ages slower.
