You need MEAT, fermentation is what is happening where your bowels have slowed down and the food is sitting there fermenting... You have to clean your colon...cleanse it well...use YUCCA root to implant some bacteria in there... Take MILK THISTLE AND DANDELION root to get your liver to aid in the killing off of candida.
