Thanks galoxy - do you happen to know the answer to my hci question above?

Also, I'm confused about the feeling worse/better thing - I thought feeling bad could be a good thing b/c it means it's working - like the herx. reaction... I definitely have been feeling very good and lately a little not so good since I started pumpkin, garlic, coconut oil, pineapple and clove - (just tired and a little foggy) - so does that mean it's not working?

I should have just ordered the Clarkia rather than all of them separately.
