So has anyone else had a hard time getting enough fiber on the candida diet? As I don't eat any grains, this can be difficult - read, a LOT of veggies.
But fiber is essential for elimination, which is essential for getting rid of candida.
So I am challenging myself to eat 30 grams of fiber every day for the next week - that means I am going to have to get creative with the veggies!
