So, what is bloodroot? And what do you mean when you say just "Clarkia" There are a lot of components.

Right now, I don't know how I'm feeling - been tired the last two days but I get that way on coffee enemas - and I stopped them b/c my stools got too soft and were just pouring out (had also drank some of the Dr. Natura tea).

I'll do some kidney stuff. Thanks for all your tips!
