it could be partially digested sunflower seeds that you are seeing in the toilet
but that doesn't mean you are not killing off parasites

you are in control of how badly you want to smell

pay attention to how you feel
if you feel worse temporarily, then a whole lot better than before your cleanse
then you are getting rid of them
upward slopes and feeling better means progress
downward slopes and getting worse ultimately means
your protocol isn't working

i avoid kissing these days but when i was doing it
i put Clarkia on my tongue afterwards
and high dosed with bloodroot

i began doing this because i became aware that I could feel worms getting off of people and crawling around on my tongue

i first discovered this when mega dosing with bloodroot
i kept feeling like there was a hair on my tongue but i couldn't get it off
finally got hold of it and it stretched like bubble gum
very tiny, much smaller around in diameter than a pin and it stretched
very rubbery
when it let go it formed a tiny little ball and when i rolled it between my fingers it disintegrated and disappeared like it was waxy or greasy

i realized the bloodroot was killing dwarf hookworms
lots of them were sloughing off the insides of my cheeks and dying on the tip of my tongue

to make sure i was not going crazy i asked a friend to have a look at the end of
my tongue the next time i felt the wiggling sensation

she screeched and said it looked like there was a tiny little worm on the end of my tongue

anyways i kept increasing the dose until this sensation went away and the doctor said my eosonophil sp? level was really low and then i presumed to do routine maintenance to make sure they didn't come back

when i had sexua| relations while during routine maintenance and was high dosing with bloodroot for precautionary measure, i felt a big one get on my tongue from kissing an older man

it was really big and long
i had never felt one that big and long
they feel kind of like hairs that are alive
they feel just like a hair that you cannot find
unless you are saturated with anti-parasiticals
when they come in contact with anti-parasiticals they wiggle, squirm

creep me out

this was a really big one and i immediately went to the bathroom and put some Clarkia on my tongue

when i did, the worm buried itself deep into my tongue to get away from the clarkia

so i dated a younger man for a while
the worm that i got from his tongue was much smaller

the doctor who told me everyone has them is right
they are ubiquitous

and the older you are, the bigger they get
they are like fish that never stop growing until the host dies

i am not as enthusiastic about dating any more, since all of my dates think i am a germa phobe and they refuse to do anything about their worms

people simply don't care and would prefer to remain in denial until they feel horrible and want to do something about it

i doubt if anyone would want to kiss me any more because i am so saturated with bitter herbs to protect myself that i probably wouldn't taste very good anyway
