Definitely getting more grains of rice. So how long do I do this garlic/pineapple/sunflower seed deal for?

And I can start doing the kidney tea on top of it?

And then Clarkia during the full moon?

I don't know how much longer I can eat raw garlic every day. I stink and I have to date people, etc.
