I am healthy. It takes up to three years to completely recover from depending on the damage you did your body. I am still 10 pounds over my ideal weight and I am very careful when I start to feel run down. I have learned to slow down and I eat completely differently now. I no longer have hypothyroidism, I have the test results to prove it and I am no longer on any medications.
