By the time my doctor tested my D3, I was barely able to walk. He also tested for fibro and Arthritis at the same time. Any touch on my skin hurt. My joints made everything painful. I had developed all kinds of problems including his TSH levels, melasma, carpal tunnel, swelling every where, rosacea, etc...My level was 26 at testing. I was put on 50k iu per week. It took one year at this dose to get my level up to 45. I experienced significant relief within weeks of starting the high dose and continued to improve since.
