past 6 months i have eliminated dairy , wheat, most gluten , all grains and greatly reduced processed sugar. I try eating mostly fruits , some veggies and trying to reduce meat intake.

The original message was posted because I wanted to avoid a hospital visit, I was crapping out water and feeling dizzy. I am feeling ok now, the imodium seemed to help with powerade. Really not sure whats wrong with me. Been having these episodes for about 7 years now, just only a couple times a year until recently , happens more often. But I know I did something wrong by drinking the salt water with food.

And... incase your wondering

I do have high mercury from hair test, but I feel that somethign else is causing my symptoms. cant afford testing right now, have no job, I was bit by a tic in 2007 though, and still have a piece of it stuck in me. But then again, I've had some of these same problems before the bite.
