Thanks candisufferer. I wouldn't say that i'm healed yet or even where i'd like to be. In fact the Cytomel did work wonders for me last year after i reached 75 mcg in Oct.

But then in March of this year i began to do too much and i never fully recovered. I never returned back to the way things were. I even lowered the thyroid med because i couldn't breathe. My breathing returned to a better level after lowering it but even now it has become difficult once again to breathe so i'm

contemplating raising it again but just not too high.
