When i was chelating mercury i ended up causing more stress on my adrenals by dosing with too high of a dose thinking... the quicker i get the mercury out the less damage but that was niave of me. But i found as my adrenals got worse from the stress of mercury detox my food allergies got worse and worse, so i would deffo say there is some sort of connection between adrenals/thyroid and allergies.

Also people with candida tend to have poor absorbtion and put this with low HCL levels from low thyroid then the amount of iron absorbed from the diet tends to be very little which would have a worse affect on iron and ferritin levels.
