I just LOVE the Curezone Iodine Group ! It is just FANTASTIC how everyone pulls together on a problem,.

I have been suffering with seasonal asthma for over 20 years, and now suffering terribly. My outlook last week was bleak, and I was depressed.

I NEVER would have suspected that breathing too much would cause so many health problems, as pointed out by the Buteyko Method Research:
* High Blood Pressure
* Asthma
* Sleep Apnea
* Snoring
* Bad sleep
* Low energy levels

Most amazing is that MULTIPLE clinical trials have proven Buteyko to be 90% effective at curing asthma, sleep apnea, etc, and (for Paraboy's mother) has even helped people with Emphysema ( damaged lungs ).

I am now optimistic that my asthma + high blood pressure will soon be cured as I practice proper breathing exercises.

So now I must question people with COPD or Emphysems walking around with oxygen machines - Is that extra oxygen making them better or worse? From what we know today, oxygen is making them worse, isn't it?

Today's discussion has been a HOME RUN. My son will also benefit, as he suffers from sleep apnea.
