Apparently, despite spinach being a 'healthy veggie" there is some debate about it perhaps constricting blood vessels impairing kidney function. Perhaps this is part of your issue....adrenal fatigue/hypothyroid hormones are part of kidney function and if they are stressed in one area, perhaps they can't function properly in others causing your depression....

I agree....this all just SUCKS (and I don't use that word too often anymore)
