well I mentioned that even eating solid fruits and veggies can cause the symptoms although less severely. My concerns with the fast is that I am already battling to keep my weight on, and I work and am a student so I don't want to get too weak etc.

What would be the advantage to doing one? Having never done a juice fast I am just curious
