candisufferer - I have been doing oil pulling for the last 3 months and have been very happy with the results until this recent flare up which I don't think has anything to do with op. Nothing in my life has caused me stress. Maybe my body is stressed with the detox?

glaxony - I started taking them already. The redness has gotten a lot better and I am just waiting for the swollen gums to subside.

paraboy - I have upped my Vit Ds and I think you are right about detox symptoms as they are going away pretty quickly and new symptoms are coming. I think I can handle the detox symptoms as long as they are just that and not my health actually getting worse. I also have had really good amount of energy since Iodine supplementation so I do intend to start again and hopefully heal all of my ailments but the problem is that I guess I am just too impatient.
