Yes I relate! I just wrote a blog about this and won't retype the whole contents here (energy conservation lol), http://theprofessorswife.blogspot.com/,
but here are two tips which really help me:
1) Drink 1/2 body weight in ounces of water
2) Take daily Epsom Salt baths, using two cups of Epsom Salt and stay in for twenty minutes

Get those toxins out of your body!!!!
