This sounds like classic anxiety symptoms to me and contrary to popular belief smoking marijuana does not help anxiety or panic attacks. If anything It can make them worse. Also there is a possibility what your smoking could be laced with something you dont know about so I would stay away from it. There is a site I went to that helps to deal with anxiety and it's symptoms. If your interested send me a PM.
