Hi! Are you eating something weird, like SOY?

Soy gives me wind within the hour. Soy in power bars is the worst! LOL. Talk about power. Wind power! BTW many people suffer from this.

All the pains, though, sound like trapped gas. I had this once -- it just couldn't get out. I was on vacation and very trapped: Lying just off the beach by some very busy ants. I'm sure everyone was wondering what the heck I was doing there. And I was trying to appear casual!!!

Likely there was an obstruction. Now I make sure to get extra colonics before going out of town. it's just not worth taking the risk. I truly was thinking of asking for an ambulance, too.

Anyway, check your diet for stuff that might do this to you.

(P.S. I MAY have been eating commercial breakfast bars on the vacation -- the oat kind (prolly has soy), but I never had this prob before (nor did I have those bars before!!) Just thinking back -- of course, I bet that in my case that was it. Think back, you may find an easy connection.)
