I am not distracting anybody i am saying this COULD BE the real problem for alot of people.

I am also not sure that i understand what eating red meat or nuts has to do with thyroid/adrenals/candida. I have also not mentioned coconut oil or low carb AT ALL so why would they thank me.

I would like this post to be informative about thyroid/adrenals/candida so people dont waste time going down the wrong path like i did.
