A naturopath sold me on this and I continued to eat red meat and nuts..further damaging my liver. The danger of off the wall dilemma like these is that they distract people from the real problem...soon to follow are posts from many coconut oil drinkers and carb cutters thanking you for their cure. Hypothyroid, adrenal fatigue..yeah it was gross and degrading. The 3 things you mentioned in the title can be connected by fatty liver.
