I doubt it has anything to do with a tumor or cancer. Your body is just storing an emergency lump of fat because YOU ARE EXTREMELY DEFICIENT IN FAT!!! I know someone who ate no fat and he had lumps like this in random places on his body.

Eat a couple raw free range eggs a day you will be fine.
