Thank you Diana and Nile. I have not weaned yet. I'm nursing her full time and I eat pretty healthy plus I take very good supplements. My cycle is much closer to normal. I did had some Ok days but it's been like two weeks that I feel like it's getting pretty bad again. I'm so discouraged.

I'm happy for for you that are doing much better, I wish I could say the same thing. I'm so impressed to hear that you guys are running, that's awesome. I dont know if i will ever be able to do that again but if i can walk without feeling weak or dizzy all the time that will be a blessing.
