it was kind of sad to read that but you will get better. i tried a few things to see what would make me feel better. i know one symptoms leads to all of them and you feel like you at rock bottom again. you have to remember what makes you feel better. exercise made me feel great i also tried wild yam root capsules also vitex. i just can't trust gyn right now and i don't have one. i know it's been over 7 or 8 years since i had the mirena but for some reason i'm mad about it all over again. mirena has screwed up my life and i can't get pregnant. i'm highly upset. i finally met the love of my life and i can't give him a child. we still trying and have been trying for 2 years now.
