It is 3000 mg, not g of vitamin C.

I told my nutritionist that I thought higher dose of vitamin C caused diarrhea. She said 3,000 mg should not cause it, and it would be better if I took even more. I guess she really sees positive results with more vitamin C. I have seen nutrient drinks that contain lots of vitamin C. If there are any side effects, I can always stop, but I am going to try it since I have never taken vitamin C supplements before.
