i just had an ultrasound last month when I was having pain. nothing at all. Thinking maybe candida/parasite/flukes etc. in liver clogging it.

I'm laying off everything and giving my body a break, just eating gentle foods like what you suggested. I did test low for protein at one point, but I was eating a lot and it didn't help. My digestion is too sensitive to eat it now. I do have whey protein powder though. But for now i'm going back to soups/cooked veggies.
