The key to limiting die-off is to disagregate candida's cytoplasm/weaken its cell membrane without causing excessive cell membrane leakage. The more its cell membrane leaks the more toxic/inflammation response we experience. So far the two best things that achieve this are coconut oil and undecenoic acid. They screw up the internal membrane of candida's cell without causing the extreme die-off side effects from cell membrane leakage. I've started again doing 4-5 tablespoons of coconut milk/oil and it seems to be really working. Eventually, i'm thinking of doing some coconut milk enemas to try to reach the colon/ I might experiment a little with raw coconut cause maybe the insoluble fiber in raw coconut will help the oil travel to the colon better? Its a possibility that coconut oil/milk gets mostly absorbed before it reaches the colon?--Leaving too much candida still in the colon.
I think one of the the reasons I relapsed is because I addressed the small intestine, but did not work on the colon enough.
