What defines good results from a cleanse? I got two pieces of "rice" out once and that was about it -

I've been doing a couple coffee enemas.

Should I return the Clarkia ?

When you do pineappple, garlic, etc, what form do you do all that in?

Also, what's a raw smoothie? Or did you say raw juice - I'll look.
