Congratulations on the quarter of a degree increase in body temp. That's HUGE.

There was a time when it wasn't uncommon to track around the 95.8-97.0 range. After months of trying to support AF/HT with supplements and lots of sleep/rest, today my basal was at 98.3 which is an improvement of a full degree over a week ago. Not sure if it's from warmer weather since I tend to sleep early morn to mid-afternoon but, I'll take the improvement. It's hard to describe just how lousy I feel when my body temp falls below 97.5 degrees to someone who hasn't experienced it first hand: just awful.

Got weird reactions using Iodine supplementation without selenium/magnesium increases. Since using the selenium and increasing magnesium the horrible "body jerk" like reactions haven't materialized again. Though, I'm only at about 500mcgs of iodine/daily figure working up slowly is probably better for my weakened system.
