What I dont get is that if vit D was an immune suppressive, why dont the forum members get symptoms of it.
Not short term, but long term.

I am not familiar with Benadryl, but I know the consequenses of other suppressants.

why do they report higher libido, energy, sleep etc. from it, after years of supplementing vit D.
This is opposite of what I know from other suppressants.
