I see your symptoms are similiar to mine. I started taking coq10 for the lack of energy and it seemed to help me for a while but now im getting back to where i started. Inhave found out I am very sensitive to things so I think the coq10 was acting as a stimulant so it may have made me worse. What helped you with your recovery? How much have you recovered and how long has it taken? Thanks for any info
