Thanks. I had my histamine levels checked and luckily they are normal (at least one thing on me is!). I definitely think adrenaline is involved, since it goes hand in hand with AF. I just got tested for Pyroluria and should have the results today, I hope. What I can figure out is, why my AF/palps get worse lately after I eat. I've been skipping lunch because I don't want the racing heart to get worse. And then like clockwork every night, I wake up between 1 and 3 with the racing heart, anxiety attack, etc. I'm sure my Cortisol is in the toilet too.
