I am looking to upgrade to Windows 7 and am forced to consider new hardware as well.

Don't believe that computers are healthy from the physical dangers to the time wasting dangers.

Has anyone here considered how to combat EMF's with shields and pads.

I wear a Q Link and will most likely get a unit they have to plug into a USB port. Want a grounding pad but don't know much about them.

Don't have a lot of money but lots of wants:
Processor: Healthiest choice possible on a low budget
Quiet, Fast of course, Maybe 8 GB 1 TB

Monitor: 20-22" Monitor easy on the eyes -safest-

Perhaps a better desk for better ergonomics.

O and I need a printer too looking a HP 8600 All-in-one but my old HP 7410ix might be better - have no idea about the health considerations of a printer. Like the XL ink capacity of the new ones though.

Poo this does not sound low budget, does it?

Good news I word process and research and not into gaming.

I just want to get on and off the computer as fast as possible and back outside in the sunlight more.
