Most adrenal supps from my understanding are designed to stimulate and support the adrenals causing them to 'pick up' and increase their output of hormones - but it sounds like you need your adrenals to calm down and get out of fight/flight which is a bit of a different problem. I wish I knew of a quick remedy to slow down our systems but I don't.

The minerals I have tried to use to sedate the adrenals are mainly calcium, magnesium, zinc. Unfortunately these work slowly and are no silver bullet in my experience.

There are lots of other things related to adrenal fatigue that can cause heart palps other than acid reflux. Sure, it could be reflux, but it could also be the copius amounts of adrenaline pouring into your body or a hidden food intolerance or Histamine Intolerance so I wouldn't stop there if the antacids don't work. I have palps too and am trying to sort out the root cause from these options.
