I've noticed the exact same thing Eric. With DMPS, I get bad headaches. The last 2 nights I have done enemas and no headaches.

I also think the combination of DMPS / enemas is very beneficial assuming a lot of the metals and toxins attached to the DMPS leave through the stool. Much more will get out before being reabsorbed.

I started the enemas to remove the candida from my colon but was pondering this extra benefit this afternoon.

Eric you mention you have irritable bowel. Did this include bloating and burping ? Sorry for the invasive question - this is the most resistant of my symptoms and can't get it to budge much.
