Basically you recycle every bit of urine and also do urine massaging while having nothing but extra water. This must be done until conditions totally heal which could be up to 60 days, but more likely 20-30 days for the vein problem.

It is a problem of course because most people think it is waste when it is not, it is just blood serum that did not get used with the blood and protein filtered out.

Also fasting should be done while resting or doing light work which is not possible for most people, but you did ask about anything and I do not wish to completely hijack this forum which I like. I think bob beck protocol is great, but I doubt it would work on the veins and bruise.
