vastly fluctuating temps is ADRENAL. low temps is thyroid. both...means that they are BOTH weak.

your thyroid is the accelerator, your adrenal is the engine. if you support the accelerator with a weak engine it causes MORE problems.

ALWAYS address the adrenal first. sad if your chiro didn't know/inform you of this because it is almost extremely well known.

as for your temps dropping when you started iodine...NOT a surprise. in fact COMMON because Iodine can create a strong detox so for a (fairly) short time your body temp could drop (mine did).

again, sad your chiro doesn't know this. honestly, you need to do more research without their limited advice.

AND MOST DEFINITELY comprehend what you need to for your adrenals or you will have major problems.
